Indexes 150 film and television periodicals from 30 countries cover-to-cover and 200 other periodicals selectively for articles on film and television. The periodicals range from the scholarly to the popular. Note: this grant-funded index covers only 1976-2001. Indexes 1,800 publications in 40 different languages. Subjects included cover all human food commodities and aspects of food processing from the production of raw food to the consumption of finished foods. Also included are economics, standards, legislation, and engineering relating to food science and technology.
