Hale Library Lost and Found
The Reception Desk, 532-3014, is designated as the central
lost and found depository for Hale Library. Lost items should be turned into "Lost and Found" as soon as possible, but
not later than the end of the business on the day they are found.
The Hale Library lost and found policy applies to all locations in the building. Lost and found items will be kept for two weeks in a secure location unless they are claimed by the owner. After two weeks items will be donated to charity. Highly valuable items will be turned over to the University Police Department immediately after they found. Found articles turned over to the University Police are kept at the Dispatch Office in 108 Edwards Hall, 532-6412. The Dispatch Office is open 24 hours a day.
